Synaptic Robotics, LLC, will issue a full refund if notified within 30 days from receipt that the Customer is not satisfied with the product. Notice must be sent in writing to Daniel Wagner at dwagner@synapticrobotics.com.
All returned merchandise must be either unused, or in a state of good repair with little to no damage.
A fully pre-paid label will be sent to the Customer in order to send the merchandise back to Synaptic Robotics.
Refunds will be issued within 5 business days once the returned items are received by Synaptic Robotics.
